Feasibility Study – South Interconnection of Gas Network (BiH and Croatia)

The aim of the project was to conduct a study to examine and evaluate the options for the interconnection of the existing and planned natural gas systems of BiH and Croatia. Two potential routes were examined in order to establish which of these two options is the more viable and effective,

  • Zagvozd (Croatia) via Posusje (BiH) to Travnik with a branch to Mostar
  • Ploce (Croatia) – Mostar – Sarajevo (BiH),

and to develop a new supply route for BiH thereby providing a more diversified and reliable natural gas supply to the country.
