The project “COBEAR – Competitiveness areas of business excellence” is financed by European Commission in BiH trough IPA Program and it is jointly implemented by TRA Agency Tešanj Development, Municipality of Teslić, RAŽ – Žepče Development Agency and the Association of Entrepreneurs “Business – center” Jelah – Tešanj. Within COBEAR project ENOVA is engaged by the TRA for producing the analysis of 30 export-oriented MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the area BEAR region (Tesanj, Teslic, Žepće), and the development of individual action plans and recommendations for 30 analyzed companies. For the purpose of producing the analysis and action plans for the development support of MSMEs in the BEAR region ENOVA will perform a survey of 30 participating companies in four industrial sectors: metal processing and auto parts, wood processing and furniture, leather processing and textiles, food and drink processing. The main thematic chapters of the final document will be the analysis of the competitiveness of the sector according to Porter’s diamond, a detailed model of production and export value chain analysis of four sectors, SWOT analysis, recommendations and develop action plans for the 30 surveyed companies.
